... Christmas Eve...
I was just wondering if anyone would like to join me in going to the Midnight Communion service on Christmas Eve at Sheffield Cathedral?
I'm not going to be able to go to church on Christmas day this year for the first time in my life (due to Rob's shifts- he's working boo hoo), and it'll also be the first time I won't see any of my family at Christmas time either (again due to Rob's shifts). But I'd really love to be able to see Christmas in with Jesus, a moment of calm amidst all the business (and horribly oppressive commercialism) of the season.
The service is at 11:30pm on Friday. If you want to come along, please let me know in the comments. Would be cool to see in Christmas with my "urban" family, if you're around!

sadly in portsmouth for christmas. (i mean, not that being in portsmouth is sad, rather that not being able to join you all is sad). hope it's a good'un.

I would like to, but I'm planning on being admitted to hospital at around midnight with alcohol poisoning.
